Two and Counting

So far, we have averted two late night Taco Bell runs. A simple $30 investment did the trick and it shall pay dividends for years to come. Though we toiled through many mornings and evenings of back-breaking pancake flipping, scrambled egg shoving, and bacon fat pooling, we have found just what we were looking for. With their Family Size griddle with removable grease tray and bacon-warmer tray, Black and Decker has saved us from the chiropractor. We made a "breakfast for dinner" meal for Steve's parents while they were here--14 pancakes, 8 eggs, 10 strips of bacon. Besides the griddle's warm-up time, it all took less than 20 minutes. How satisfying.
